O Visas
The “O” visas are issued to famous entertainers who have become Superstars in their home country and beyond.
P Visas
The “P” visas are issued to an entertainer who is scheduled to perform in a “culturally unique program.” Sometimes but not always, it includes performing songs and music that are regional and therefore tend to be an educational, as well as entertaining event.
Necessary Documents for O and P Visas
The following must be submitted to Immigration Services in order for the entertainer to qualify for an O and P visa:
· Documentsthat substantiate the entertainers qualifications as a Superstar or culturally unique performer
· A discography highlighting all the records and hit singles that have been released, along with articles, worldwide tours and a list of awards
Both the famous Star and his or her support group are entitled to receive visas. Plans should be made at least six months in advance.
